Fantastic small furniture and homeware charity shop with frequent new stock; love that they have upcycled items made by the people they’re supporting charitably. I’ve bought a lot of my home furniture from here in great condition including sofa, hat box, lamp, spoons and lots of other bits!

I found the shop to be a lovely experience. The staff was very warm and friendly as well as helpful! I enjoyed looking through the student work as well as things that had just come in off the truck. I will be visiting agian, often as I think its a great place! Many thanks 9 Lives! 🙂

Ungrateful for donations, even though my item was in first class condition. I had spoken with them and they asked me if I could possibly drive it to them, so I happily drove a 20 mile round trip to them, to be met by an ungratful manager who said she already had the same item. She didnt really want to take it, even though they had asked me for it. Will not donate anything here again.

I have visited 9 Lives Furniture many times and have made several purchases. The staff have always been more than courteous; going out of their way to be helpful and friendly.
I believe that if you prove you are on benefits, you are able to buy items at a discount. I have witnessed this process and the purchasers were dealt with sensitively and politely.
Items on sale vary from having had a lot of use, to 'as new', but everything I have seen has been sellable.
I don't know where Mr Smithby was looking, but I think he must have visited the wrong premises.

What a find! Love this shop, only learned of it's existence due to needing furniture and a friend had just donated some to this charity! Hidden out of the way so I would've never of known it existed! A treasure trove of furniture and other house stuff inc clothes hidden in Ricky! Staff very helpful!

Have been trying to reach organisation for a few days now to offer a couple of matching sofas but no reply despite message informing me that I'm calling in at what should be opening hours. Last straw was today when having found telephone number engaged, put number on call back. when phone rang to advise number was now free, tried number again but this time no reply - just the same old message. Not in my opinion very professional!
