I am trying to get help for my child. I requested a support call and pre action protocol letter. I have received no support call and just back and forth emails asking if I've done things which if they had read my correspondence which they requested then they would know I have. After 3 years of no education for my son and brick wall after brick wall. It really has been unhelpful and all could have been avoided if they had given a support call. I know my son's case is complicated which is why I sent all the relevant information but I don't even think it has been looked at.

Great charity offer help and advice to parents with special needs children, also workshops to help parents understand their rights with regards to statement and EHCP. Recommend to anyone with SEN children.

Jesse had a good time but did not cure him, must have sinned in another life.At least his brother Julian is OK. The guards were not afraid to brutually punish him ; he says he wants to go back but that's just sen talking.
