Care Campaign for the Vulnerable is an amazing organization who were there to assist me when my mum (nearly 90 with vascular dementia) was unexpectedly issued with an eviction notice from her care home. Jayne responded to my request for help immediately and was there to offer advice and support throughout the process which ended in my mum moving to a better more suitable care home where she is very happy. I honestly don't think I could have achieved this without the support I received from Jayne and I am very grateful for the knowledge, advice and compassion she offered me. We need more organisations like this and more Jaynes in the world?

An amazing and invaluable organisation, striving their hardest to ensure the most vulnerable in our society are cared for with both dignity and respect. My mum unfortunately suffered with debilitating vascular dementia and Jayne provided my family with endless support, advice and compassion throughout such a harrowing time. She gave our family the strength to continue to battle with the failing Continuing Healthcare system which is so biased for individuals with dementia and Alzheimer's.
We strongly support Jaynes viewpoint that cameras should be installed in the bedrooms of patients with dementia. This would help to create a safe and protected environment for our vulnerable relatives.
Jayne works tirelessly to safeguarding dementia patients and constantly strives to preserve their rights.
As a family we will be forever grateful to Care Campaign for the Vulnerable.

From the first email I sent to Care Campaign for the Vulnerable about my dear Mum (with Jaynes immediate response), to a very recent CHC meeting, that Jayne attended with input and support to the family, we cannot give enough thanks. Care Campaign for the Vulnerable has been a huge help in navigating around the complex and difficult world of the care system. Jayne has supported not only with her extensive knowledge but also when I have been at my lowest points.

Thank you Jayne x

Our family is exceptionally grateful for the kind and considerate guidance and support Jayne provided. As a result, we were able to secure my wife's place in her chosen nursing home and the necessary funding. Prior to Jayne's involvement we faced huge barriers and lacked the knowledge to overcome these. We wouldn't be where we are without her. Thank you Jayne!

Care Campaign for the Vulnerable have been an integral support to me in my father’s case, not only professionally in knowledge of procedures and steps moving forward, but in support mentally and emotionally to me in my plight for justice for my father; Care Campaign for the Vulnerable being available to speak with me and also be in attendance to official meetings ongoing. I cannot say how thankful I am that this organisation is available to the public in the capacity and capabilities that they hold, and the support they provide for the elderly and vulnerable in society today, and for their work so far, past, present and future. I hope once our case is over, I can help Care Campaign for the Vulnerable in projects they are campaigning for and towards. Thank you Jayne Connery and colleagues, for all that you do.

Not knowing where to turn for support for my mother’s upcoming CHC Funding Meeting I spotted Jayne being interviewed on TV & rang her to see if she could assist.
Jayne was so patient, understanding & listened to my mother’s dementia journey.
She said she’d be happy to be an advocate at the meeting.
I’m so pleased she was, as I felt a lot more confident & supported during what turned out to be 2 separate long meetings. Jayne’s input was so valuable & I’m pleased to say the full funding was agreed.
My mother can now be moved to a complex needs specialist carehome where she’ll be safe & more settled because they can meet all her challenging needs.
Jayne also offered to give us any help needed in the future.
On behalf of my mother & myself, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
Your empathy & passion for helping vulnerable people will not be forgotten & your own mother will be looking down, so proud of what you’re doing.

I was so fortunate to have and still have the support from Jayne she has followed my mother's journey from day one. Jayne is so passionate about her work she shows great empathy/compassion and gives me the right advice and encouragement I need at times, there have been days when I just needed a listening ear & Jayne I thank you for that you truly are an amazing lady who has experienced just how the care sector fails our loved ones it is so hard when you have to deal with so much when raising concerns , Jayne has been at every meeting I have had it is tough and so draining but I am the voice for my mother & for those who have no families to support them. Your mother would be so proud of you Jayne - Keep up the good work that CCFTV is campaigning and supporting both families and care workers. Keep up the good work - A true angel you are Jayne Thank You from all the family ❤️

Definitely five stars from me. Jayne is both passionate and compassionate. The elderly care system is massively broken and we need more people like Jayne to be the voice and the heart of all those who can’t advocate for themselves. Massive thank you to CCTV. Adele
