I found Age uk Paignton extremely helpful when I needed help filling out some forms. I had asked for help elsewhere but to no avail somebody suggested Age concern for which I was extremely grateful.
An appointment was made and the help I got was second to none. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Therefore I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Unhelpful staff.
Missed appointment, nobody bothered to let my mother in law know.
She was sitting around for hours waiting.
Apparently, appointments can only be made with one designated person( and she’s on sick leave)!
