Visited here today whilst on holiday with friends, and had the most excellent and delicious meals.
Service was with a smile and very prompt. Just the right gap between courses.
Very dog friendly, our dogs were well catered for with treats and water.

Visited today for Sunday roast, service was absolutely amazing. The pub is lovely and clean, great menu choice for a Sunday, not just roasts available. The warm scotch egg was delicous, The trio of meats was lovely, the only criticism was the roast potato's were incredibly tough to cut and so was the pork belly that was not part of the trio of meats, the Cauliflower cheese was quite hard too but very tasty. The mini pudding was amazing as well, the crumble was lovely and hot and the honeycombe bomb was heavenly! Will definitely visit again!

Lovely impromptu Sunday Lunch at the Drum… despite not booking, we had a really cosy table in the snug where a glass of Dark Horse was a perfect accompaniment to the log fire! Roasts were delicious, as were the mini puds that followed. Great atmosphere, not least with the very warm welcome from both Ben and Aaron - thank you ?

We had a superb time at the drum inn we had a lovely meal we recommend the the seared fillets of sea bass and the duo of lamb.
Well the starters and puddings were delicious also

The Drum inn was a very quaint place set in an oldy worldy village. It was stepping back in time. A really nice experience.
The beef brisket sandwich was tasty

This pub / restaurant is spacious, and in attractive grounds. There is even a dog-station. Plenty of (public) parking nearby. Fairly typical menu choices, to a good standard, and given its popularity it is worth booking (restaurant table service seems a bit quicker than queueing at the bar). Suitable for all ages.

We stopped here for a light lunch and sat on the terrace. Lovely setting, great food and quite prompt service on a busy Saturday lunchtime. Staff were friendly.

Brilliant Food, all my family found their meals tasty with a good size portion.

The staff were warming, friendly and welcoming.

The toilets were lovely and clean and smelt nice.

The disabled entrances were very accessible for my nan to get into and out of.

And what a beautiful location in the quaint little village of Cockington!

5 stars given from all my family who dined here tonight!
