Initially, my experience with RAD was positive, but unfortunately, it took a downhill turn thereafter. As a Deaf individual with ADHD, the support worker assigned to me was mismatched, resulting in inadequate assistance and uncompleted tasks. This reflects a glaring lack of neurodiversity understanding and poor service delivery. Improvement is crucial to ensure clients receive appropriate support and understanding of their unique needs
