I joined Colchester United Football in Community walking football over a year ago. I highly recommend it to anyone over the age of 50 to join to have a fun way to stay fit. The Walking Football organisers are brilliant and welcoming to everyone. It is time to join the Colchester United Football in Community.

Walking football at Colchester United is great fun. 3 touches & no running takes time getting used to but its fun & they’re a great bunch of lads. Highly recommended & well organised by Callum & Keiron.

thursday nights with the over fifties playing footy,its a great way to meet new friends and everyone is always welcoming no matter what your ability.also keeps you fit,well run as well with callum and kieron picking sides handing out the bibs and making sure we stick to the rules.thank you colchester,
