One of the best charities I should say! It was simple and easy to do the application form. Margaret was really attentive and quick in responding and kept me on the loop at all times really really impressed! This charity helped me and my family by purchasing a buggy for my daughter who has complex medical needs to hold her equipment. I am truly grateful! Amazing service

Firstly lied to and told it was a local charity. Pushy and honestly concerning. Called me at my work, asked if I would sponsor and forced me to agree to a set amount “because we have limited packs to send out”. Pack came, and I had a WEEK to gain the money and pushed into putting my own in if I couldn’t raise it.
Hounded to speak on the phone several occasions. Spoke to my staff like trash when told I was either not in or available. I run a busy salon on limited hours due to being a single parent of two. Your staff member was told convenient times to call - they didn't call at those times.
Finally today told my staff member she needs to speak to me as 'she (as in I) has our money!'
I had already explained I hadn't raised anything. Further more if I did it would NOT be 'your money' it is MY choice who I donate to and because of your staff member's attitude it would NOT be sunny days! I will not be made out to be a thief!!! And after researching and reading your reviews it's seems I am not alone.
As someone who also volunteers for a local charity and runs my own help groups I am disgusted in Sunny Days conduct.

I said to the trustees if further contact is made to myself or my staff from your pushy sales team I will take it upon myself to contact the charity ombudsman and fundraising regulator. They called AGAIN yesterday.

Excellent experience with Sunny Days - applied for a trampoline for my visually impaired daughter as her old one was beyond repair and they were fantastic. Ordered and delivered to me promptly - my daughters over the moon and I am so grateful. This helps my daughter exercise on a safe place and enjoy herself!!

What can I say about this charity they have been absolutely amazing and have supported us in buying our son a much needed mattress while he goes through treatment for leukemia. We can not thank them enough for their kindness and support. Asking for help and support is never easy but sunny days as made the experience easy and we have never made us feel judged they welcomed us with open arms. Thank you so much to Margaret especially for all the hard work you put in and for the love kindness and support you are showed my family

My son who is partial deaf and autistic desperately needed a pc computer to continue his studies at home becaus of his needs. Due to the cost of living crisis and not working due to my current circumstances I reached out to Sunny days . This is a fantastic charity! I felt so comfortable asking them for help . When the relevant documents were provided to them I was overjoyed when I got a call from a lovely lady named Margaret who told me I would receive the PC computer for my son the next day! I would encourage anyone who is in need of help that is a parent/ carer of a disabled child to reach out to this charity if they offer what you need . Thankyou Sunny Days Children fund for helping my son get back on track with his education !!

Completely blown away by the generosity - Sunny Days have helped to fund a supportive wheelchair buggy with suspension so that my son can join the family on outdoor walks and days out. Clear communication throughout the process.
