Hadn't been to the superstore in years but I popped in on Saturday and now I know why I stopped going. It was absolute chaos and a sensory nightmare. Loud, messy, overcrowded, narrow aisles, clothes were strewn everywhere, on the floor, on top of each other, shoes thrown haphazardly. I understand that this is probably the customers and not the staff, but still, it is what it is when you enter. The clothes I did find had dirt on them, or holes in them and the prices were outrageous. There was a Primark dress for £15.00! I'm sure there are some bargains to be had but I won't be bothering again. As a shopping experience, it was like being at a cattle market during an apocalypse.

Used to be better. It's too disorganised now to look through the items. I think if a bit of time was taken to put things into reasonable order, they would sell a lot more. I realise customers mess things up, but it has put me off altogether at the moment as I live nearly 2 hrs away. Shame as it's for such a good cause.

Didn't go in. Absolutely nowhere to park. Especially in the disabled bays. It's a really tight car park unfortunately. It's a shame as we've had some amazing bargains there in the past.

Amazing visit, I brought suitcases in near perfect condition for under £15. 1 has a handle broken, which is fine. 1 had a very small mark, and the other 2 were perfect. Kids trainers under £5. Willbalwayd recommend a visit.
