Well I was on the phone for half hour and the phone was put down cause he had difficulty hearing me then I rang back and waited one and half hour today then got the lady say we are shut I also attended citzen advice in stafford on the Thursday to be told to go back in the afternoon at 120 and could be seen so I need a appointment

Abominable,......the automatic voice that greets you goes on and on for 4 minutes before you even get to be put in the queue for an advisor.....you owe me 4 minutes phone charges......everybody reading this DONT CALL THEIR NUMBER....YOU ARE BEING RIPPED OFF BIG STYLE....can't even contact citizens advice by phone to see what redress I have.... disgraceful

..they are only open on Thursday but very easy to see someone within a short space of time...thank you to the specialist volunteers who help...
