We were supported in the final preparations for my partner's PIP appeal hearing, and at the hearing itself, by Grace who provided a huge amount of help at short notice.
Received an excellent, friendly and caring service, with Grace going above and beyond providing support even outside working hours.
Grace helped put our minds at ease and picked up on many things the DWP did not ask about and which we hadn't considered. We highly recommend The FDF for guidance and support!

Help & advice good. The 5th star is for the social groups which help isolated persons to meet and communicate, whether the disability is physical or mental, mild or severe, visible or invisible, needs a carer's support or not. Volunteers attend the group to supply the "bit" you cannot do for yourself.
