After recently joining, and two promptly answered calls which were helpful, all communications have been unanswered. Phoned many times, no reply or message facility, and emailed repeatedly with no answer to emails other than " message received".
Very disappointed as I'm having problems that I need help with.
I can see that I'm not the only one.
Are all the staff on that beach in their website photo? Maybe that's a clue.....
I'd like a refund please!!

Terrible service, with zero communication despite multiple emails and calls. Suffice to say the money grab of membership fees and inability to speak to anyone from the BLA shows the true levels of service you can expect. 2 emails and 5 phones calls and they’ve still taken membership fees despite my request to terminate, shows the poor service they really offer! ….and I’m STILL waiting to speak with someone regarding the matter.
Do not use.

I wish I read the reviews before signing up. No response to my queries which I have submitted by email and by their contact form! No one ever answers the phone either. Total rip off!!

I have just seen your reply! I would just like to confirm that I was a member when I asked for help and advice. I have since managed to get my money back. It’s took you 2 months to reply to me . . . I think that says it all!
