Most of the staff are lovely and kind, but The manager is a real piece of work, was helping a friend and this manager spoke to everyone like they were third world citizens, and as if the situation was already unpleasant she went and made it all even more so by her disgraceful toxic attitude,
I will also say there's a difference between the homeless and flat out scary people that like to talk about what they have done to people and their drug habits, so there's no rules in place to make any innocent fragile person feel safe or comfortable in the building, and for a tea coffee or slice of cake it isn't worth it. It would be easier to hide away because if you are the the sort of shy person that doesn't know where to put their face you could find yourself on the receiving end of an attack.

friendly, non judgmental staff. Good food and shower. free laundry service, May take over 24 hours depending on how busy they are. In a dark time in my life gave me hope and lessened the misery of rough sleeping. They can give you advice and access to homeless resources. thanks for everything...

A really great charity with wonderful staff and volunteers, helps the homeless with facilities, food, activities and support to improve their lives. A really important safety net.
