This company took me in after being used and abused in different ways and lied about, I moved to Anchor, in 2009 on my Birthday and I have been in there company ever since I built up trust, confidence and more they always seem to have my back more than any. other company or home I been through big issues, small issues and small goals and big goal and I believe if staff build a trust and repore and worker are able to make there own appion and not listen to chin wagging the company will continue to grow bigger and be best in medway they have a team of management staff to go to and a team of managers for clients to go to and and an out of office, weekends are bank holiday urgent call systems they may get thing wrong and can’t always do what you want without arrangements being made but they always try to help staff members and clients and the best i have ever had that cares and are willing to help since I left home 28yrs ago since 2009 I have felt safe and happy and cared for Thankyou for having my back all of my support staff and other staff members working for company and the management and housing team and maintenance team and the supposedly retired company owners who still keep a eye on things. thankyou all for making my life better.
