Susan dealt with my requests, and succeeded in helping me with everything I asked for. I got my council tax reduced, my energy bills reduced, food parcels if I requested/asked for them, household items (toiletries, cleaning supplies etc.) She was patient, friendly, had conversations with you, just an absolute credit to the company and I cannot thank her enough for everything she did for me and my son.

Was recommended calling local D.I.A.L for support and advice after relocating some hundred miles. Firstly tried emailing only to get no response. Then I tried again a few more times and still nothing. Tried filling form in online and did start to get somewhere. Spoke to someone who seemed somewhat interested in helping only to say he’d pass it on to his colleague to deal with. He decided he would forward the email conversation on to her and she would call me. Only when she did eventually call said she hadn’t received the email and tried to get me to start explaining from the beginning. I offered to send her the info via email to save time but firstly she gave her email address incorrectly and then it still bounced back and she decided there was an issue with their email system. I asked if she could get her colleague to discuss my case with them and call me back. Three weeks later and no contact from them. I tried to call them to see if I could go see them in person only to be told they don’t do that anymore only outreach centres so got to wait to try and be seen at local one. For a company that identifies as a Disabled Charity there to help those in need I have to say I’m far from impressed by their lack of empathy and customer services.

Used DIAL service a few times when needing help with filling my daughter's PIP forms in. This is a good much needed service and i would highly recommend DIAL to anyone struggling with forms etc or needing advice on benefits. Hope DIAL continues to operate.

Spoke with Nigel today who was very knowledgeable and informative and gave me great reassurance to help manage things going off in my life at the moment. 100 minutes I had him on the phone for and he couldn't have done more to help me. Thanks nigel

Id like an explaination why uve been cheeky enough to send me out a form to fill out about the PIP form n yet wen i desperatley needed help to fill out them forms as ive noone to turn to no family freiends u rung n told me u werent taking on any new cliants wen i needed n asked for ur help n support that is what u r there to do help n yet u never even replied bk to any of my messages on facebook i actually was also advised to turn to u n due to me not understanding what they ment in some of the question im in a much worser state than i was before i started n u have the nerve to not onky send me that form u exoect me to pay for postage aswell thanks for nothing n yes im going to put this review everywhere i possibly can thankyou for nothing
