Pretty useless service (work and health programme), no help other than being lectured on why I should 'expect taxpayers to fund me' - I was referred to the service because I'm ill but was wrongly kicked off esa, a fact agreed with by my jobcentre advisors. No cv help just given a website with voluntary work on, all of which needed atleast one but mostly two references, ridiculous waste of time. Can't see how this service helps anyone to be honest, I've never been offered anything remotely useful by them. It's just a way for the DWP to inconvenience and harrass sick people who should be left the hell alone.

Actually they seem to access and use public funding , without helping anyone. I was in fact asked , What are you doing here pal ? when i got an appointment also expect many cancellations after they've got funding for you.. basically fraudulent.
