Have a new build property that was originally managed by impact housing, any problems were sorted quickly and efficiently. now that riverside run there hopeless , kept hanging on phone for ages, repairs are carried out by clowns. My recent repair report was that my back door would not lock so property was insecure, Riverside decided to send someone out to fix it with a piece of 4x2 wood to jam handle in place. Until the part was ordered which took a week. What a Joke!!

Been waiting to get damp sort since July 2023 in both bedrooms. After 6months of no one turning up finally the sent a brick to do the work out sideatound febuary, on the second floor and the scoffed is book to be put up around in a couple of months so he could do nothing To fix the problem. But they still sent a plaster for the inside to chip and plaster. Even thou the leak and damp was not fixed and only one of the two rooms were even looked at by them. Both rooms still for of damp but one has new plastering of wallpaper and is now full of damp and salt. There jokes not one person can do there job and if you call them u'll just get someone from home being a human answering machine with no answers

Worst landlord I have ever had. Despite paying my rent in full on time every month my " arrears " continue to grow. They cannot give me an answer why, but when I question it their answer is to send me letters threatening eviction (!), including just after my Mum died, the week after, in fact.
I love my house and garden, but I have given my notice because I deserve to be treated with respect, which Riverside do not do.
I feel sorry for all Riverside tenants.

No even worth a star.
Lived in my property for 9 years and I have bever experienced anything like it with Riverside. All jobs are carried out by rouges that have no clue what they are doing. Have to end up coming back out as the job wasn't done properly.
Every time I phone and book a repair its not 'our' problem. Well it ain't mine I don't OWN the house.
Doesn't care about their tentats along as they are getting money that's all they are bothered about. They treat us as if we are below them living in a council house. They wouldn't put up with it so why should we?
The state my house is in I wouldn't have gave it to the homeless, trying to get them to sort it for me moving in was a hassle and I had 4 weeks to go before my baby was due.
Anyone that takes a house with Riverside I'd think twice.
They don't care

All together a bunch of no hopers been a tennant with these lot for over 10 years letters received for notifications to upgrade fencing still waiting on that. Their representatives are nothing but rude stand offish and used bully tactics to intimidate residents PRICES yearly go up but the services remain the same not that we see any of the services we're charged for happen all in all an all profit for no services provided company

If it was possible to give 0 stars I would, they sent unqualified tradesmen round to do work they have zero experience or knowledge to carry out. Many lie or just try and refuse or blag it to avoid doing said work. "Oh no that's fine" " oh that's not our responsibility" "oh that's the best we can do" Once had 3 turn up to fix some shoddily fixed draw fronts they were out of line by a good 1-2cm when they finished and said that's the best we can do. In the end the boss came out and sorted it in 5 mins using a tape measure and spirit level... Measure twice cut once... Sending unsafe/cowboy gas engineers to check the heating system etc. Repair logging system online is an absolute shambles it's never working correctly and so is the telephone reporting system. They do the bare minimum possible and do not care whatsoever about tenants it's a business registered as a charity for tax reasons and no other reason for it.
Update
Had someone try and gain forced entry into the property along with the lock malfunctioning, locksmiths/door & window company came out to repair or replace the cassette, told due to the type of door and age that they would struggle to find a part and would be cheaper to replace the entire door.
Waited 3 months for the 'parts' to be ordered only for riverside to cancel and try and turn up use No more nails to secure my front door. Absolutely shambolic company, 5 or 6 people have been out costing £££ then all to say the same thing about the replacement, only for said boss to say no not replacing it. Cowboy central, leaving their tenants properties insecure and undafe.

Every time you set out to improve our flats chaos is caused by PPM. Right now the fire alarms are going off from an unoccupied flat, and you say its not your fault. For about the fifth time at least within the last year we have to wait for an engineer to come from Morecambe Liverpool or Gateshead with the alarms din terrifying kids in the building for upto four hours through the day or night. Too many false alarms crying wolf, the fire brigade won't believe it when we have a real fire!
Last week the already faulty front door was repaired by a PPM fitter who left with the entrance doors not opening at all when he left. He returned and had to use a crow bar to regain entry. The door is actually not working properly over a week later.
Two flats have been flood damaged by non time served plumbers doing shoddy work. Water running through the light switch took a police report before Riverside responded.
Even the guys sent to repair the flood damaged walls and ceiling must have put the plaster on with a rake. That had to be corrected by an older tradesman with the correct skills. Even the grass cutting is shocking, only cut on Monday there are patches over six inches tall by today Thursday!
Alarm engineer just arrived, silenced alarms and guess what THEY ARE GOING OFF AGAIN 10 MINUTES AFTER HE LEFT!
Get your act together Riverside PLEASE.

Terribly run company who don't care about their tenants and see you just as a number.
CEO Carol Mathew's Paid £263,705 a year.
Rishi Sunak Prime Minister UK paid £167,391
So Carol Mathew's CEO of Riverside Housing is paid £98,754 more a year than Rishi Sunak Prime Minister of the UK who is running an entire country.
So how does Carol Mathew's justify earning more than the Prime Minister who is running a country. At least we know now where all our rent money goes. It's on paying grossly over paid salaries of people like Carol Mathew's and certainly not on improving our homes and our neighbourhoods.
