Because when I called up the other day requesting a food parcel to last me until my pre order grocery shopping arrived today because back then I didn’t have any food in whatsoever the women that spoken to me on the phone said because she thought i had money and because that I pre ordered a grocery shopping order for today when I was broke and had no food in and that they wasn’t a top up service when really she should have gone through the proper routine by asking about my financial situation and asking about my debts ect like they always and requesting a call back about referral do when I last called up so rude!! I would not be getting a food parcel through them ever again because of her

Had an appointment with community action derby 2 weeks before. One day before my appointment i get a miss call from them, thinking it will be a reminder for my appointment. When i ring back they have no idea of my appointment or why i had a miss call. They couldnt find me on the system at all which was really dissappointing as i was looking forward to this appointment for 2 weeks. They offered me an appointment in May but i managed to keep it for the same day but different time, which means i will have to miss my maths class! As i didnt have any choice i had to go for that time slot, to avoid waiting for another weeks for my turn.

CAB is a pivotal, highly effective voluntary organisation, important to the voluntary sector infrastructure of the city of Derby.
The staff do really great work in community support. (...and the sandwiches at meetings are fab too!).
