One Stop advocacy’s Sally Hamilton has helped us for about a year. She has dealt with my daughter’s neurodivergence and related mental health issues professionally and sympathetically. Her knowledge about the welfare sector for adults is excellent. Sally is very persistent when working with a client, both by firmly but gently keeping in contact as well as giving hope for better times and helping complete complex applications. She doesn’t give up easily! In addition to this she is friendly and calm, and has excellent networking knowledge in relation to the DWP and counselling services.
