The dedicated staff to receive donations are not willing or eager to accept. The workers who receive donations are extremely ridiculous and treat them badly, as if they are paying money in exchange for donations. my advise do not donate to this place.

This place was alright for plumbing, if you like older toilets than this place dosnt take them anymore sadly. But the staff is great though! There are some cool things here, they even redid the store a bit.

It's definitely a place you need to rummage. But it helped me on some projects I wasn't anticipating so I could do a quick cheap fix until I remodel the house. Free flooring. A beautiful TV counsel. I'm happy!

The MANAGERS at this location are extremely rude, uncooperative, raise their tone to clients, they sale merchandise that was purchased and left for later pick up and they impose abusive late fees.since when do someone get a late fee for picking up merchandise purchased?
Here there is not appreciation for customers.
I highly suggest management to replace the ones in charge at this location.
I have seen them humiliate and make women cry and still do not help them. The said to them not to come back or go some where else. The managers are careless.
It is sad to see this kind of management now a days where you can just learn to excel at it even from your phones. They refuse to credit back to credit cards, give store credit or pick up an item in a nice way.
Totally disrespectful and careless.

The deals are unbeatable. The customer service did not exist! The cashier was rude to the customer in front of me. I was next and the cashier left. The other cashier just stood there. Finally, I turned to my friend and said, " we might as well leave there is no one willing to help." The cashier rudely remarked if you need help say something
I am standing right I'm front of you, ask if I need anything.
Finally, a worker came over to help and the gentlemen was very nice and quite helpful pulling down 2 rugs for me to ourchase.
Maybe the staff are volunteers, and or under paid
Either way no reason to be rude to the customers. I was very disappointed in the lady cashiers attitude and will consider if I ever return.

The staff here is always helpful and nice! I don't always find things here, but when I do, it is a bargain! Usually, it's just in and out, which is far quicker than a trip to a large box store. Their stock changes constantly, so make many trips! Parking in the main lot can be tight, but there is a parking lot right next to the main one. Street parking is also a thing there.
