Dropped in with a friend last night around 7pm and luckily caught the cooks before packing it up and bought two cheese burgers with fries & a Grilled Cheese sandwich. All were amazing! And oh what a deal! I Love My Moose Lodge & the amazing members. First Friday of the month is Steak Night. For $20 you get a huge steak, baked potato, salad, and vegetables. Get there early, around 5pm, because those 60 steaks sell out fast!

Old school benevolent association clubhouse bar social hall. Went to a music benefit for The Lighthouse All Star Gloria Cardena, who organized Wednesday night Jazz night for many years, now home with her family. Reunion of many local band players was amazing, especially in this old school South Bay venue.
Membership club. Guests sign in.

This is a very nice local Moose Lodge, very dedicated and hard working folks who are kind and support each other. I'm glad that I joined and I look forward to helping the lodge with it's various philanthropic efforts. Older building but in good shape, nice pool and poker tables and TVs, a great second Living room. Volunteers cook meals many evenings a week.

Just so happens my Brother and Sister and Our Mom work the kitchen and fixin's for this once a month Steak Dinner. I was in town to help fix and prepare, and Serve this night for Mom's Birthday. Lotta lotta lotta work for these Steak Dinners. Brother cooks the Steaks, this night Mom also wanted Ribs with Her own Homemade BBQ Sauce. Mom's Sauce We Kids made...well it was edible but not quite Mom's. LOL.

The Moose Lodge has many faces. All of them smiling. Charity first and foremost! Making people feel at home, second. After that, pure enjoyment! So many good people and times!
