Just arrived home from a lovely week Residential at GoBeyond. All the staff such as Izzie, Summer, Hayley, Hannah and Sophie were all very kind and the chef provided a lot of variety in food, even for a child with Gluten Free difficulties.

For all wondering, the rooms are clean when you arrive and provide at least 2 or more lamps and numerous moving storage units for clothes. Towels are provided and it's overall a nice atmosphere to sleep in, with lovely window views over the countryside and a variety of stuffed animals and bookcases for extra homey feelings and cozy atmosphere.

The adventures you go on, such as Moorways Water park, Rock Climbing, Ice skating and scenic walk routes around Dovedale are lovely and are enjoyable for all children that attend, no matter the difficulties back home. The barn areas at the centres that are used during Free choice sessions throughout the day to space out the big activities are enjoyable with the in ground trampolines, variety sport pitch, game area with air hockey and pool, not to mention the giant Jenga tower and table football also accompanied by the arts and crafts barn used for multiple arts and crafts throughout the sessions.

The volunteers, Liz and Charlotte, also made this trip very fun with their attention to detail and looking out for the kids while still having fun and joining in on the activities.

Overall, this trip was very amazing and I can't wait to come again!

Such a wonderful place, made even better by the amazing staff that work here, who are nothing short of angels. There's so much for the children to do here: ball games, trampolining, arts & crafts, board games, pool, table football and air hockey.

The lounge is really cosy with a variety of games like uno and jenga that kids can enjoy. There's also lots of great books, mainly stories but a few educational ones as well (although there isn't that much time to read with all the awesome things they do on break).

For many, the highlight is the food as the hot dinners are insanely good. Everything from roast bird and veggies to chicken curry as well as plenty of vegetarian options like layered ravioli and cheese, fritatta, cheesy leeks, dauphinoise potatoes, cheese and onion pasties and more. The chef is incredibly generous with her variety.

The casual sheep give the place a lot of character as well, often blocking the road and curiously bleating in union. Cannot wait to come back!!

Would like to say a massive thank you to all the team at CHICKS, Liam and Libby had a fantastic time staying there, from the storys they have been telling me you have all made them feel really welcome and their time enjoyable.

Liam came home and wanted to make pitta bread pizza, libby has faced alot of her fears they didn't want to leave and want to come back next year ?, also they made new friends.

You should be all very proud of the work you do liam and libby will remember this for a life time.

Thank You.
