The celebration of our accomplishment was fantastic. Thanks to Sukera, the booking process went smoothly. Andrew met us on the big day and was friendly, welcoming, professional and supportive.

Very disappointed with this establishment Sukera from the booking team is extremely unprofessional! I have been trying to hire a space for 3weeks+, firstly they give me excuses saying that their website doesn’t work but have no plans on fixing it or letting the public know. I then call numerous time, giving my name and email and nobody ever gets back to me! I finally receive an email from Sukera after 3 weeks offering to view the space, I then email back straight away and it has been 3 days and still haven’t heard back from this person after calling and email on many occasions! As a resident of Greenwich for 30+ years I have never received such awful service from anywhere in this borough!

Very friendly service. They are not exactly professional. They offer rooms for various reasons. For example, meetings, health and exercise. No parking available you can pay at the road side or pay for private parking. You can have coffee and light snacks. They also provide salad for lunch. Cakes, cookies and juices but no hot food.

Absolutely pathetic customer service. Called many many times to arrange for a hall hire and all I got days later was a vague email about no availability. I responded back asking for more clarity and they don’t even have the basic manners to respond to queries. Wonder how anyone manages to make a booking at this place. Just pathetic management of the hall hire process. And they call themselves a community centre! I miss the days when we could walk in and have a nice, friendly chat with the manager, check the calendar then and there and make a booking easy as that. Zero stars for this place.

Cheap community place for various activities, private gatherings etc. Facilities aren't as great and there's no parking. While removing things from our car , we got parking ticket. The staff aren't well presented or trained. Toilets are a no go.

Average venue, rooms are old and musty, atleast there was good customer service when it was run by the previous manager. Not so great these days. There are other centres in the area that are better managed and with nicer staff.

Used as venue for Ceroc (modern jive partner dancing). Nice floor. Now under new management. Located near DLR exit for Greenwich. Car parking is poor.
