I would recommend anyone to book this venue for their special event/party… the management and staff are wonderful and the venue itself is fantastic with very large outside lawns large shaded patio area with plenty of benches chairs and tables .. the events hall is large with fully stocked bar immensely clean toilets and 3 large barbecues on site ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a wake here for my late brother,the staff were fantastic,the bar staff worked extremely hard and accommodated us all,they have a full kitchen area you can use and have ample parking and seating areas,I wouldn't hesitate to use this place again.

I would give Blackheath Wanderers netball club 0* if it were an option. I've been playing netball for over 15 years. I've played in 6 leagues since 2014. I was captain of my work netball team. I was completely transparent about my long covid - but still fully participated in all drills during the ‘taster’ training session. I even told them I've been a bit rusty due to covid match cancellations these last 2 years. The whole point of training in the summer is to prepare for the winter league, but they didn't even give me that option. Also, the irony here is this club is a registered community amateur sports club. Under the guidance I didn’t even need to do a ‘taster’ and yet was still turned away.

I wish this club all the best. I will never return if this is how they welcome new people.

Disappointing is an understatement.

Had our daughter's communion party here. Staff couldn't have been more helpful. Had full access to kitchen for food prep . Lots of space . Big dance floor and open field for a bouncy castle and football /sports etc . Great venue and would hire it again.

Great for Pilates this morning.... sun shining and managed to do the class outside on the grass. Very welcoming lady opens up for us in the morning. Only slightly negative side is the floor not as clean as it could be. As Pilates is mat work, we're very close to it. But then it's a sports club, with people coming in and out with muddy feet, so really can expect little else

2 of my sister's have had their wedding receptions here and both times I've loved being there. Plenty of space for the kids to run around drinks arent too expensive and the bar staff are nice overall id recommend it

Saw my sons football team play here. Nice to see a place dedicated to keeping grassroots football going. Volunteers there doing gardening making sure it looks good and safe. Keep up the good work

The monthly jam night (last weds of every month) is fantastic. Lots of musicians, young and old. Good bar and pool table as well.
