I cannot express my gratitude enough for Club 999. This place became a sanctuary during my time of need when I was homeless and feeling lost in society. A person who found me sleeping in the gym kindly referred me to Club 999.

The staff were incredibly helpful, providing me with essential services such as laundry and showers, as well as access to a landline and the equipment and uniform I needed for work. They not only offered me a place to rest and food but also a welcoming environment that I still rely on today. I look forward to the day when I can give back and help others as they helped me.

This place truly saved my life.

So blessed to have had the help and support of all the great staff that work at the 999 club. I just lost my job and home life was really hard but thanks to everyone who works at the 999 club I got a place to live, put on a course and got a job at the end of the course which I start tomorrow. The empathy, support, information, advice I got was amazing it helped me to grow as a person and overcome the problem I was facing. I'm still made welcome and offered help from staff there who reach out to me over the phone or when I pop in.

Recently this place has been taken over by middle class posh kids who look down their noses at everybody that walks through the door.
Every time I come here I got to explain myself, why am I here, why haven't I done this, why am I talking too loud, why am I doing this, why am I doing that, why is my skin so dark?
The manager is the worst hiding in the back office sneering her middle class nose at me.
RIP Deptford Reach. The last place in Deptford that was truly for the people. The 999 club is clearly not for us brown folk

Advise anyone sleeping rough to get there ASAP! Especially now winter is upon us.
They know their stuff and are a very understanding bunch of guys. They're all so friendly too.

Bad atmosphere and rude condescending staff. The manager Frankie is on a power trip. The way she talks down to people is shameful for an establishment that claims to be a charity.

Great experience. I am pleased with the service and I will recommend anyone to them who needs help. I spoke to a lady called Parveen and meet her at the centre. She help me with my issues very quickly and professional and I am so grateful for your help and support. God bless you. You are a star.
Many thanks
