Plenty of good routes for cycling and running, a nice cafe and a chance to catch some wildlife. It's not the easiest with a cycle buggy or pushchairs, but it's still a pleasant visit.

A wonderful visit. We saw a pheasant, lots of other birds and three red deer crossed a path near us. The weather was warm for the 31st of December. Even managed a picnic.

First time visiting for a children party and we will certainly be back. The small cafe looks to have lots of choice with some outside seating. We didn't use the cafe this time but will next time we visit.

The children loved the play area and the organised party was a huge hit. They did pond dipping and then went inside for a packed lunch, very relaxing party as a parent.... Welcome change from soft play.

Looking forward to visiting again to explore more.

Great place for a walk. Choose the flat route past the lakes and bird hides, or the tougher walk up the hill and across to Joe's Pond. Lots of wildlife - from ducks to dragonflies. Not seen any dinosaurs yet... #bigegg
