I have called Josephine 3 times in one 5 day period.. NOT ONE RESPONSE! the main phones goes straight to voicemail .. I NEED MY LICENSE!! I don't know why in gods name it had to be sent to you first.. I have a apt !! Literally you are holding me back from getting a job, I've missed 4 now cause of your inability to answer a phone or return calls

I have called this place more than hundred times and I have not gotten ahold of anyone. It seems like this place is a work B.S around more than they are in working. My family and I are homeless and need HELP getting into housing a family shelter that doesn’t separate the woman and children from the dad/husband or help with a hotel/motel stay until I start getting my paychecks. I have went or called so many places in Las Vegas and either every place is full doesn’t have funding to help or just doesn’t answer the phone. I hate having my family in this kind of situation they don’t need it and definitely don’t deserve it.
PLEASE HELP ME AND MY FAMILY GET OUT OF THIS SITUATION AND INTO SOME KIND OF HOUSING. THIS IS TUE HUSBAND WRITING THIS BTW

I wouldn't wish bad on anyone and if you ever need assistance please don't ever reach out to this place. I'm a family of 4 with 2 being disabled and one being a child. The guy that answered the phone was mostly interested in getting me off the phone and hearing himself speak saying what they don't have and what they aren't doing. The name of this place should be changed to Uncaring souls of no alliance.

I've called this place numerous timees between 4 months. and they've never picked up. This place was better when Josh was around. Now it some people who don't care for the cause.

The only thing worse than being in a dire hardship due to breaking an ankle and hence being out of work/income is when a worker belittles you stating "This is not a 'housing' authority!" and prevents you from explaining that you just got hired and will have income.. Don lacks empathy and any semblance of patience. He said he'd call me back when my ankle doctor beeped in.. instead he denied me much needed help after not being able to work for 12 weeks over a broken ankle. He called speaking loud, interrupting me and rude. I wish I could give this organization a zero.

I didn't get to talk to a counselor, or case worker. They only seemed interested in getting rid of me. I have resources, but i didn't get to tell anyone that. No help at all. Told me to come back in a month. Sure I'll come back, first cold day in hell!

This non profit is doing more to empower the homeless population than any other agency. I believe that they will end homelessness in the Las Vegas Valley eventually. They have made that their realistic mission, through a network of 50 agencies and service providers. They are actually making amazing progress!

I went for help, they couldn't help me, I have no kids I guess. I felt like they just brushed me off. I went to courtyard and got immediate help. I have no clue what type of people they help but I have been told they turn down a lot of people like me. Thank you courtyard homeless center for not discriminating me
