I couldn't begin to review this place in an unbiased way. I know it so well after some 30 years experience of it ! One massive plus about the place is its lovely new toilet facilities. Both the ladies and gents have been recently refurbished to a very high standard. It's always a pleasure to take a comfort break there Update: visited yet again to-day May 21st 2022 for the Summer Fair there. It was very enjoyable and many of the good folk from the village took part in and enjoyed the fun at the event. Further update: 09.09.22 - ever more brilliant. The whole place has been massively refurbished. Heartfelt thanks to Tracy Wales who has superbly overseen all the work that has gone on. Update 25.04.23...still fabulous and nearing completion of major refurbishment works. Update 11.04.23....this old building has been massively refurbished over the last four years. It looks a lot better but is very inefficient in terms of high heating costs as it is not an energy efficient building. Update 22.09.24....very energy in efficient but there you go.

Large hall which has just been refurbished, plenty of parking and garden. Suitable rooms to hire for meeting, parties and conferences. Valerie Suite is a new addition, smaller hire room with flexible use. Large main hall Suitable for baptism parties, children's parties, bouncy castles and discos. Reasonable rates.

It's a fairly simple hall with a kitchen, toilets and plenty of parking space. It's functional and seems a great venue for sports and meetings etc. There's plenty of space inside for casual parties, but, personally, I wouldn't book it for anything fancy.
