Tim is dishonest. He told me he's never heard of the severe disability premium protections in place for swapping from esa to pip.... the dwp told me to stay away from anyone sayin that!
When i phoned dag for an explanation, they slammed the phone down as she shouted "WE CANT HELP YOU" at me after talking to tim. Thats who he really is now, its sad ive been told he's changed, he used to be worth knowing, now id stay away if you need more than a council lacky.
I have a long documented history of institutional abuse from abuse as a kid in South Yorkshire, it never ended from councils, nhs and police... all documented all ignored by "nice" people like tim.
So when the council tell him to dealy and reduce my benefits potential, he's happy to do so, got to protect that funding eh tim?
I do hope he finds the strenth to do the right thing again at some point, but i doubt he will, so if you have no other choice but to deal with him, keep your expectations to the absolute minimum......

Tim was a great help for years, but when I turned to him last and again this year for help and support , and he wasn't interested in helping very disappointed in the way he has become. I ended up sorting the problems myself, to witch it made my mental health really bad on both occasions.

Been in contact with this group a few times over the past few years. Couldn't fault them whatsoever. Takes the stress out of form filling for those who have disabilities. A fantastic service for the local area.
