Amazing staff - very accommodating and attentive.
Nice, welcoming atmosphere.
They are very involved in the community, providing many different services.
An excellent place to gain work experience; they help you get back into work; help with CV writing; volunteering opportunities.
They also organise brilliant fun family events and days out.
They welcome all ages ...you even get a nice hot cup of tea.

Having had the opportunity to engage with staff, I find One Community to be an extraordinary organisation that has won the Queens Award in recognition of its service.

According to many beneficiaries that have directly experienced the services of One Community, it stands out above others because of its non judgemental approach. Anyone can visit in return for a personal and professional service.

I will recommend anyone within Tilbury that needs help looking for a job, CV update or improve IT skills, etc to visit One Community Shop.

My experience of One Community is that you can go and ask for support with anything at all. It is like a One Stop Shop. If they don't have the experience of what you are asking about, they will signpost you to someone who can. They will also follow-up to make sure you are satisfied with their service.
