I purchased 3 T-shirts, purportedly from a national chain. It was obvious that these were fake, but at £4.00 each, I wasn't bothered, as I just needed some change of clothing for a hospital stay.

But it is slightly galling that ASDA sells their TOP quality
T-shirt for exactly the same price, brand new...I understand that this is a charity, but competition is still important.

Went into this shop recently with my daughter and her friend, the lady behind the counter was extremely rude and really upset my daughter. I understand this is voluntary work but customer service is still important, if you dont like dealing with people, stay out the back and let someone nicer serve on the tills.

I love visiting this shop. Shaun is always welcoming, cheerful and helpful. There's a great selection of clothes at very reasonable prices. And because the prices are so reasonable - unlike many, many other charity shops these days - there's always lots of new stock when you visit. This is always the first charity shop I visit when I go to Eastleigh. Can highly recommend.

I have been using this shop for many months now and can't believe the rudeness of the member of staff that addressed my little girl today. The shop next door and the lady that runs it is amazing (the one that sells the books etc) unfortunately that can't be said for the man in the clothing shop next door. Completely unprofessional, rude and made my little girl cry. It seemed to me that he very much liked the sound of his own voice and forgot that although working for a charity shop, there are people/kids that suffer with anxiety. Maybe a reminder, target the parent if there is a problem in future and not a defenceless child. Eating in a shop, maybe due to medical reasons really is not a crime especially as she didn't even touch anything! I will not shop here again.

This shop ( split into 2 - one clothing and accessories, the other everything else you can think of) is amazing. I defy anyone to go into either and come out empty handed. Money paid is for such a good cause.
The people running them are fab too, so friendly, cheerful and helpful.
They are willing to accept any preloved things too and apart from large furniture will take almost anything.
Thankyou guys for all your hard work .
