Always thought this was the best charity shop in Egham. Decided to volunteer and cannot express how satisfying it is to work in this friendly place. WEIRD EXPERIENCE

I went into the shop to buy a jacket I needed for work.

The jacket was only £1.00, but I said to the Lady that I would pay £10.00 and for it to be gift aided. She told me that I could not do that as they can only do gift aid for donations. (I was donating £9.00.)

I have NEVER had the experience where a charity has REFUSED my money before
