The people who work here are truly amazing. I was unaware that such a high level of professional help was available to the pubic free of charge until I came here. I think if anyone gives this branch of Citizens Advice anything lower than 5 stars then they will be the kind of people who will never be satisfied, no matter how good the service is. I take my hat off to all the team who work here and I can not thank them enough for the help and support they have given me during one of the most traumatic ordeals of my life.

I very rarely am so over the moon about how I have felt treated by a service such as the citizens advice. No matter how menial your question they are happy to help you in any way they can. With a plethora of knowledge at there finger tips and the confidence portrayed giving it. Fantastic.

Tweed Tango

Great attention, friendly staff, easy to access. They offer lots of services, including drop in sessions. You may have to wait a bit if you go without an appointment.
Some meeting rooms are upstairs.
There is one disabled parking space right outside, not very big, otherwise, buses are 50mt away and parking in Witney is free, many places to find one. I parked in Church Green (4hs max stay).
There is also a toilet.

Very helpful people here. On this occasion it was the location for a Pensionwise consultation and very informative. Many thanks for your help. It cannot offer Financial advice but does help with explanation of many of the terms of the Pensions industry and outlining the various choices one has to make.

People who can not afford a solicitor normally going to CAB, why CAB has a most expensive in UK (government thinking to stop money making companies to use this numbers, 0844) phone number to call Surely this is the Legal service for poor people to get an advice, ie help with debts and not to put them in bigger debt by receiving a high telephone bill? i think this is the very wrong idea.
