My experience with RAK is very bad if I could give zero star I would. I was referred to them but never got any help. I tried calling them several times but not helpful they dont respond to emails. Once i talked to someone who was rude after several attempts i was just fobbed off & told me they cant help!!!

Really unhelpful. Website suggests helpful advice and was told on phone no referrals for the unseen future and suggested that we go to the council, no help whatsoever.
