Rang this charity to explore what charity work they do in the local community. The gentleman on the phone immediately said I am extremely busy what do you want, as I briefly explained we can support their clients who may be suffering with fuel poverty, low income, suffer with certain medical problems with free fabric measures, solar panels etc he rudely said no we dont want to work with you.

I cannot believe a charity would first and foremost speak to you in that manner, on top of that we are offering a free service to their network of people in need.

I have called multiple charities today and i must say I cannot believe how I have been treated.
