My mum has just moved to a care home but prior to that her care needs were met by Just Ask. I cannot praise the team highly enough. As my mums health deteriorated the number of visits was increased. The carers were kind and very professional. My mum came to regard them as friends and they enabled her to remain in her own home for much longer than would have been possible without their help.
The software they use enabled me to remotely monitor my mum without constantly phoning and this proved invaluable.

Just Ask provided a carer for my mother. She was treated with respect, dignity and empathy. I was never let down or disappointed in their service. My mother's carer was first class in all respects and went above and beyond what was asked for.

My dad is 88 years old 100% mental competency, but with minor physical/ mobility issues/ JUSTASK provide him with the perfect assistance, They do provide a full range of care and assistance. but also, If you cannot manage alone, but do not require full personal assistance with all daily living requirements, these ae your people, think about the old style "home help" as opposed to "carer" Dad's visit includes a clean throughout of "the important stuff," (bathroom, kitchen, bed change, laundry) assist with shave, in and out of shower ( he can wash himself) assist walk to bedroom, assist with drying and foot care ,socks and shoes on, (he can dress upper half himself.) any minor little extras you require waste bins out, letter post etc, "justask" sounds cliche but it is as simple as that. I was introduced to justask, by my health centre. It has improved my life also, I now do not worry, I have worked in social/elderly care/ support worker, for 30 years, so know what is important, I have absolutely no negatives for this company, friendly, caring, pleasant, efficient, prompt, reliable, and as Dad has a great sense of humour, pleasant interaction, with respect and dignity.

Very expensive cleaning service with very poor customer service. Cleaning really not up to scratch as I came home to an uncleaned kitchen and cobwebs on all the window sills. They also managed to turn off my freezer, so all the food defrosted and had to be thrown away. They left windows wide open and didn't set the alarm on exiting even though they knew that no one would be in the house for 24 hours. No response to my complaint, not even an apology. Pride themselves on their 'not-for-profit' ethos but I guess this is at the expense of their customers paying 'full price'.

My mum has carers from Just Ask and they are all good/excellent, kind and caring. The company is responsive to feedback, and supportive of family carers, which in my experience is a rare thing!
