Terrible service that does not deserve the funding and grant money it receives. Most of the staff work from home, and the reception phone is rarely answered. When it is, the staff simply list information they’ve found on Google, often recommending services like the Samaritans without providing real assistance. This service offers poor value for money and seems more focused on virtue signaling than genuinely helping vulnerable people in need. It lacks the commitment and compassion that such a service should provide, falling short in both effectiveness and accountability
