They don't advocate for that patient all, they basically forward on emails and allows months between responses. They also didn't update my details when I informed them I'd moved house, so I didn't receive a letter that could have sped up knowing I needed to complain to the ombudsman and left me with very little time to gather the emails and evidence needed. Pretty useless, but two stars in because their communication was always polite.
