There is rubbish and dust all over the floor of the hall
The mens toilets are very smelly and the disabled toilet has often had no soap or tissues. No tissues/soap in kitchen dispensers either.
The tables are sticky
Many of the chairs are broken and stained/dirty
The paint is falling off the walls and is stained in many places
There are no fans and is very hot in the summer with poor air flow. Only a few of the windows open
