I underwent my cataract surgery recently at the Eye Foundation hospital. Dr. Neha Nargis and her team are outstanding. They explained every detail of the procedure and ensured I was comfortable throughout.

From booking an appointment to post-surgery care, everything was seamless. The staff was courteous, and the results were fantastic.

The hospital is clean, operation theatre was well maintained and the staff is extremely organized. I was impressed by their prompt service and attention to detail during my cataract surgery.

Highly recommend The Eye Foundation for all surgeries and eye related screening. They handled with me very great care and patience, making the visit stress-free. Thank you for the excellent care!

Excellent service!!!I recently undergone for cataract surgery performed by Dr.Neha.
Now I'm very happy after surgery. What truly stood out was the aftercare.Doctor gave detailed instructions on how to manage my recovery,and checked in regularly to ensure everything was healing as expected.This attentive follow-up care made a significant different in my recovery process. Excellent care from all staff The Eye foundation Hospital?.
I had surgery done for my Left Eye. Dr.Merlin is an expectionallt skilled and compassionate doctor, always takes the time to explain everything clearly and ensures that we feel comfortable during our visits.

I visited The Eye Foundation today for my regular checkup. The experience was not great.

I booked online for 6.00pm slot and visited the hospital on time.

The first eye screening done in first 15 minutes and i waited for another 40 minutes for the consultation with the Dr.

Only at that point Dr has mentioned, due to timings they cannot do diluted ratina test today and I have to visit again. This is the one, they administer eye drops and check eyes after sometime. And usually part of the regular eye check up.

If this is not possible, why 6.00 pm slot provided in online booking? Why the receptionist didn't mention when I arrived?

There was no proper queing system. There was 0 professionalism in the hospital.

Positives - the junior Dr/ attender who done the screening was good. Answered my questions well. Dr was good as well.

Visited for the first time, excellent service, got detailed explanation of everything. Doctor Merlin was very good. Only issue is we don't get network signal inside the hospital and making payments has been difficult.

I have been there for cataract surgery(for my Dad) and had an amazing experience with the Eye Foundation. Dr.Merlin Benzy is one of the best Doctor to consider. Top notch and hassle-free service and Staff are friendly too. I would recommend it to everyone.
