Awful service, they lie and only get in contact when it suits them. Had a transfer in for a year, you never get an update or anything they just like to control you. An old member of staff is doing a satanic hand sign above another members head in a picture up in the office. Was told I was going to move up north after a hospital stay last year. Only to be lied to to get me out of hospital.

Absolutely disgraceful service and I would strongly recommend that nobody uses advance housing support. The staff are very rude and very controlling and you receive no help from them when you in despair.

Unqualified staff who have no idea about how to deal with vulnerable people to a dangerous level. Edited to note the standardised response. But any time I've spoken out they have deleted my comments and blocked me. Sub-standard at best. Dangerous at worst. My entire family has been irrevocably damaged by this negligent association yet they will not acknowledge any responsibility, but pass the buck onto the vulnerable people they house. They are an utter disgrace.

If only i had known 15 years ago what an appalling landlord ADvance is....
We have made several complaints over tge years but as long as the head of landlord services remains tge same tgere is no hooe for improvement. And now they are doing support as well....../
I shudder to think what that is like. I had such high hopes of this company...

Support service is like Kennedy Scott the staff are rude and don’t reply or get back to you when you’re trying to get hold of them been with them for 1 half years and it wasn’t good the services are poor
