The Helen Arkell Dyslexia Charity has provided a safe space and expert knowledge for our family as we have grown up with our oldest 2 children and their dyslexic diagnoses. We have benefited from the excellent speakers that they regularly organise to come into the centre as well as courses for the children and as parents looking to learn how best to support a dyslexic learner. Our family would not be as happy, balanced and thriving academically if it had not been for the knowledge, support and experience of the staff and guest speakers at the Helen Arkell. A very special place indeed.

What an amazing Charity! Every member of the team that I spoke to was so helpful and compassionate.
My Daughter came out of her assessment feeling amazing. The Educational Psychologist, Anna, was just so incredible. She understood my Daughter so well, that it felt like she had known her for months.
I feel like this is a turning point for us and my Daughter can go on to achieve her potential.

Lovely surroundings, great teachers and resources. Loved the atmosphere... there could be better snack options available (you really need to take your own as there is only tea and coffee, sometimes biscuits available) - but that's a picky point, and not really anything to do with the great service they provide.
