I would never recommend this service as I sought it for support and only one type of help is offered and if you don’t feel it’s right for you and voice that you are hammered repetitively until expected to submit. This is traumatising for someone seeking their help after similar treatment from a relationship. An explanation of dissatisfaction was taken as a complaint about a manger when I didn’t intend for this and there fore the manager decided to team up with other local services and tell dangerous lies about me as revenge. I feel this is a disgusting way to treat someone suffering and coming to you for help. If you don’t want to help vulnerable people don’t do these types of jobs. It’s shameless using positions of power to personally attack vulnerable.
