Went to ILP with my partner. They were very accommodating as they managed to find a slot for us. We saw Nikki and she was absolutely amazing, very very helpful very empathic and incredibly understanding and makes a lovely cup of tea. I would recommend these people as the reception staff are brilliant as well as the advisors. I cannot understand the negative feedback from some on here, as perhaps they should first take a look at themselves before criticising this wonderful service.

Don't waste your time if you have ever tried in life ! Never in my life have I been treated with such condescending attitudes for everyone to hear, I cannot believe this is a help service for people that believe in self support, only shows when the stuff hits the fan improving lives absolutely failed, never ever been made to feel as bad as I do, and so low by only asking for advice! You should be ashamed of yourselves and realise not everyone is the same ! . I feel like I'm worth nothing for trying whilst having many health problems.
