I regularly use the Berin centre with the children I look after and we love the centre. it gives the children the independence to play and explore in the different areas including soft play and the sensory room. The staff are amazing always welcoming and trustworthy. We have a session specifically for childminders and childminders from the surrounding areas come and enjoy the facilities and they say we are lucky to have this place which I agree. the reviews on here do not reflect the centre I know at all.

what can I say about this place? it receives a lot of money from the local council 1.5 million in recent years. which is a bit mind-blowing as berinsfield where the berin centre is located doesn't have the best reputation. there are several organisations that use this place the Employment Action Group what doesn't seem to work, a daycare centre for mothers which is a good idea and Riverside counselling which is a charity organisation which helps people. In my personal opinion I don't think a counselling service is suited on an estate like Berinsfield where they now have community officers and regular visits from the police. I think this place gets way too much of the taxpayers money.

This place is registered as a charity? it receives local money from the council and soha housing and now has started its own lottery and gives a maximum price of £25,000 you don't see places like the food bank doing this. Services that run there such as Riverside counselling also registered as a charity can get up to £200,000 per year by donations but still charge clients for therapy? if the berins centre can afford to give away £25,000 maybe it should think about helping the homeless and people in need.

The Berin Centre gets way too much support and too much money. Taxpayers money what could be spent on things like schools and hospitals but instead is being wasted on a run down building in a run down housing estate. The only practical service that runs there is the daycare centre, Riverside counselling is a joke to be even running there and the Employment Action Group has achieved nothing and help nobody over all the years it's been operating there.

A fantastic community support. Really helpful to be able to visit stay and play with my youngest. The staff are so warm and welcoming, and have done an amazing job keeping it going since the council closed the previous children's centre down.

I've been to the Berin Centre a couple of times to get help for a problem I'm going through, the first visit didn't go so well I went there and it was full of people coming in and out of the trailer. Lots of noises in the rooms around me so I decided to stop going. I was respecting a quiet and comfortable place to talk through my problems unfortunately this was not the case.

I made a phone call to the berin centre to make a complaint. The woman on the phone was nothing but rude to some point aggressive and even made little threats towards me. Forcing me to end the phone call. This is nothing more than I expect from a building based in Berinsfield.
