I Phone yesterday to make an enquiry about donating a coffee table. I was told to email a photo off the table and I was told that the table was in excellent condition and they are more than happy to take it. As i live in Crawley I was more than happy to drop it off I told the lady on the phone that I would have to dismantle it and take off the legs to fit it in the car and I was told that that was okay and to park around the back next to a white shutter and to knock on it and a member of staff would come and collect it. When I got to the store a member of staff was already outside I explained to him that this was the table that I called up about to drop off he took one look at it and told me that it was rubbish and could not take it even though the table was only a year old and has no scratches or damage whatsoever. So if they didn't want it why did they tell me over the phone that they wanted it and where to drop it off. I should have just given it away on Facebook marketplace. The only reason why I was donating the table as I moved into a smaller property and did not have the room for it. This charity organisation is a shambles as a lot of people on here complain about the same thing rube staff and turning away donations even though they have accepted them over the phone very very rude staff and ungrateful ?.

Reece and Dan, the team for collections of donations for Crawley, called today to collect 8 pieces of very heavy furniture. They were super chaps, very friendly, polite, efficient and helpful. They moved the furniture from our bedrooms very carefully - and cheerfully considering the heavy weight they were carrying. We are most thankful for their help and to Debra, we hope our furniture will raise some funds for them. They are a very worthy charity.

Three times I asked the staff if they wanted a item, and they said yes. I said I would have to dismantle it to deliver, No problem they said. When I started bringing it into the shop, I was told by some rude staff member, to take it away, they didn't want it. I was furious, I'd rather stick stuff on the public dump, than donate it to them.

I love this Charity store. I think what they are doing is the right thing. None of the staff are rude and completely friendly. I find it a fun happy place full of unique and cool things especially the bric and brac shelves. They are always working hard on trying to improve space and displays for customers plus working extremely hard. A good charity that should keep doing what they are doing. I would like to say a massive thank you to he team at Crawley branch , from management team to the deliver team .initially ive bought a corner sofa that unfortunately didn't fitted on my front door . Thanks to the team on the follow week they where able find and delivered a suitable sofa .Very pleased with the result . All the best and keep the good work

Such a nice place, visited today and the shop door was open and I think the air con was on, cool and comfortable anyway.
Happy and friendly staff even though they were very busy, and easy to pay by card.
Big enough shop to walk around without knocking stuff over or being in someone's way and a nice selection of clothing, furniture and smaller items.

I bought a piece of furniture this afternoon and the gentleman wouldn't give me a time slot. Just said the deliver guys would give me q call half an hour before they drop it off. £30 for delivering one piece of duniture to West green. Total joke.

I asked to return a wheelchair that was not suitable for my father. I was a few days over 2 weeks from when I bought it and was told they would not take it back. I even offered to take less than I had paid for it. Very poor customer care by the manager. A little kindness goes a long way.
