Spoke to one of the male members of staff over the phone. He was one of the most arrogant, condescending, patronising and pompous people I have ever had the displeasure to speak with. I have no idea who he thinks he is and why on Earth he is employed by this service with his disgraceful customer service attitude. I find it hard to believe no one at this organisation is aware of his attitude, or that there are not regular complaints about him.

I've been referred to this service three times now over the past 4.5 years.
The first time I was very impressed by a genuinely caring young lady who really helped (unfortunately since left the service).
The second time a senior male worker who was clearly not really interested in helping me.
The last time (June 2022) I was for an unexplained reason passed from one staff member after an initial telephone session to another, just before an actual meeting.
I felt really uncomfortable as this person (another senior male staff member) was so condescending and actually was supporting a local social housing "officer" (who has a well established reputation for being a discriminatory bully and a liar) more than myself!
So I guess you might be lucky and end up with an enthusiastic staff member (if there are currently any?) or a less interested, inappropriately qualified one!
