The centre was very well provisioned for different age groups with plenty to occupy children. Numerous separate meeting rooms are warm and comfortable and conducive to putting children at ease. Provision for accompanying adults and parents is also good.

I've been coming to this place for 16mths now and all I hear from parents is that they hate it ! I totally agree BUT I would never of been able to see and spend time with my child at all!! And I will take a couple of uncomfortable hours over no contact at all!! And that's what matters the most! My child would probably of forgotten about me any day and to be honest at first some contacts were like that but after a few times it becomes natural and I thought I'd never say that! As soon as bonds are made with contact workers they are the BEST I don't know what I'd of done when I have been emotional they have guided me on the right track instead of making more of a messy situation! I can't thank them enough because they have to listen to me moaning about things I can't really say a bad thing about any of the staff (except maybe one) but I would think that they didn't know how to take my sarcasm so I'm not including it! My children love them all and if she doesn't get the worker she expects she can be very rude and they all always keep getting to know us and making that bit extra for us and always listen and understand before making any judgment about anyone which is a HUGE thing for us and the respect is there. So I thought I'd rate this family centre and it deserves recognition but it's always overlooked by everyone. You all know who you are that's been part of our journey because you are part of our future and our rehabilitation. Thankyou ALL your fantastic!! Sara hollie and Madison x
