I have been here a few times and every time the food has been fantastic. The owners are so lovely and always have time to chat and tell you exactly what is in the food. The whole menu is vegan. The juice is made to order. They also sell a great selection of delicious cakes. They offer a breakfast and lunch menu.

Really helpful advice and services offered here to help local community improve their health and well being. I have made many acquaintances here over the last few years. I have benefited from going on health walks and using the outdoor gyms in the area under the guidance of a personal trainer. I've had the opportunity to try out Zumba, spinning and the gym at NRG. Meeting up to exercise with others improved my physical and mental well being.
There is the "Bench" cafe on site which offers healthy meals and snacks at reasonable prices.
I also participated in a "Swishing" event for charity, taking in good quality items and swapping them for items others had brought in, making a donation to charity.

Fab vegan food! The sour dough bread with mushroom soup topped with coconut bacon were amazing. Very friendly couple, happy to answer any questions about the food. Will be back soon ☺️
