Absolutely lovely park! We decided to try something a bit different than a big brand Caravan park for my dad who wanted an apartment, great size 3 bedrooms & sofa bed also. Apartment was very clean, the site was well looked after. A lot to offer at a good price, lots to do locally too. A lot of amenities on site, short walk into Hemsby. The entertainment was great, we came at the end of season & the park was very quiet. There was still live music & entertainment, some great singers. One of the girls was amazing there wasn’t many children apart from my 2 & she done her very best to play with them & keep them amused! Would definitely return again was a great price & great value for money! Thank you

Just got home from a great week! Not many on site as end of season which was lovely. Imagine it’s rammed in the summer! Very large site, we stayed at the very back in a no pet lodge about 10-15 minute walk to main centre. Hot tub was the biggest I’d stayed in, clean and perfect! Lodge was a little tired with rusty radiators and honestly the worst bed I’d slept in (other reviews were right about this) however ignoring that it was clean and spacious and we loved it! What made our holiday was the staff, they were all lovely. From playing out favourite songs to joining in with water wars, they were great. I was worried after reading reviews about the area outside the park being like Skegness but it wasn’t, a few grotty cheap shops and the odd drunk but nothing bad and felt safe walking round even at night. The site was so clean as well. Food in the restaurant and bowling centre part was lovely. If Richardson’s read this, you have a lovely site and great set of staff. Please however don’t let cleaners at the end of the holiday ask us what time we will be leaving, I don’t suppose management know this happens but they were badgering us all in the lodges about when we planned to leave so they could clean - this was 8am not the check out time of 10am! Anyway, I don’t often return to caravan parks but would with this one!

Had a lovely holiday, but was slightly disappointed with the entertainment, we would have loved to have stayed for any of the shows, but as the bingo went on so long every single night by the time the children's entertainment was ready to start, my toddler was ready for bed. Feel as thought it would make more sense to have the children's disco 6-7 and then bingo after. 715-815 for a children's disco just feels really later especially for the younger kids.

Although the site staff were polite, I struggle to give this a star review.
We stayed a week in a chalet, upon entering there was peeling paint, stains on the floor (some of which we cleaned ourselves) dirty shower floor and mold and ants, unclean cutlery, all the rooms such as toilet door etc had locks but no keys, the windows that opened wouldn't stay shut and of the roughly 9 windows only 3 were double glazed rendering them pointless and in general there was very poor insulation. The most uncomfortable "sofa" I have experienced, felt somewhat like a park bench with fabric on. The bed was equally as uncomfortable and we have spent many hours since recovering from the lack of sleep and pain caused by both. Can opener didn't work and resorted to a pen knife. No potato masher or peeler which i would feel are basic and no saucepans or pan either. The neighbours were clearly smoking cannabis but didn't want to complain as that would have revealed it to be us that complained. Although polite there were cleaners waiting at 8:50am despite departure being at 10am. My partner is disabled and sleep and comfort are very important and despite her needs i am able bodied and struggled equally so I can't blame it on her problems, at over £600 this felt felt like a massive overpayment. I'm not expecting a speedy response to my email so if anyone sees this please be aware we expect some form of refund or compensation as this will be taken further. We didn't expect much but we were still left surprised at the state of things.

Excellent accommodation, extremely clean. Living room comfortable & cosy, bedrooms relaxing with a minimal but enough space with fitted furniture to store away your belongings. Bathrooms are big & spacious. Kitchen big with all modern appliances. Hot tub excellent, very clean easy to work. Great that the beach is minutes away & there is lots of different food places, also a street fall of arcades. Definitely coming back, wish they had lodges to fit 10+ I could bring more of my family ?

The check in was quick everywhere was clean and grass cut on site We stayed in a pet friendly platinum lodge with hot tub on first entry to it a cream carpet greeted us and was full of stains and on the sofas are these cleaned out of season? But the Lodge was nice overall the hot tub was clean and fully working patio full of leaves we ad no problem with that it is that time of year we brushed them up. The bed was comfy the bath and showers wss clean it was also very quiet where we was overall we enjoyed our stay, I also think some of the reviews are nit picking nothing is perfect and Nether are those that wrote them. Richardsons beach holidays have upper there game from a year ago and we will return in the future.

The only site we have ever stayed at in Hemsby. We have been coming here for the past 10 years. There have been a lot of changes in accommodation for the better, and also, the entertainment team is prone to a quick change of staff. More could be offered in the evening as only 1 hour a night currently, and some of those acts keep coming back every year and are not particularly as good as when we had the old club. The staff are brilliant and very friendly, including a member of the security staff singing on the Karaoke, and he wasn't bad either.

We stayed here for a 4 night break with the kids. Upon arrival things looked great! After arriving later than expected and checked in, We decided to get some food. Having children with allergies we asked the bar staff for the allergens guide. He was unsure so he got the head chef. He was rude and was not bothered about this or even letting us look at the guide. Very disappointed with this as everywhere we ate that week was superb, they all had the guides on display or a book.
We reported this to the duty manager as people can be affected differently by their allergies.

Apart from this the room we stayed in was the bungalow. Couldn't ask for any more. Very spacious and airy. Beds were bigger than the caravans. No steps for buggies. Lovely green space out front doors. The kitchen and dining room had everything we needed. Showers were a bit limp on the electric power shower.

We were stones throw away from the amusements and main area but it was still quiet for kids at night.

The swimming pool was good, slightly small for busy times but we went upon opening so there were only a few people in.

A small walk out the gates was amusement arcades. Food places, bowling, go karts, bouncy castles and the beach. Lovely fish and chips from Monty's.

Open top Bus is cheap to go to an all day pass into Great Yarmouth, to save driving and parking charges.

All in all I would visit again. Just won't be eating in the food hall until staff are up to date with allergies and policies.
